CupidPA service helps you plan your activities ranging from individual activity to dates or weekends.
At the click of a button, CupidPA enables you to plan multiple events for a date, weekend or getaway. Simply choose the category (or preset your preferences for easy search), select the date and time and click "Plan for me" - voila - your plans appear. Select one to save and followup on. Its that easy - no struggling with multiple search engines and information hunting on the web.
If you want to restrict planning to New York, just select that as the city during the planner search. Its that simple!

- How do I get started?
All you need to do is two step signup - first enter your email, choose a password, next complete the billing powered by PayPal. That's it - you are set to start using our service.

- Where do I start planning?
The CupidPA planner is available at this link. All you need to do is set a date, time and the duration (solo/single event, date, 1/2 day or 1 day plan) and click on the "Plan for me" button. You will see results the center pane soon. Select one of the plans and click on the "Save" button at the bottom. Once saved, you can view it using the Calendar link.
If you want more (different) results, then click again on the "Plan for me" button.
- What does CupidPA stand for?
CupidPA stands for Cupid Personal Assistant.
Why did we call it that? Events and activities are a critical part of your life with your loved ones - whether its your girlfriend, or wife or partner, or even your family. You need to plan events, regularly or on special days, translate your ideas and put a plan together. But, even with the information on the internet, its not easy - and we know how busy your life already is.
Hence, the idea of your own virtual personal assistant (Cupid himself!) - to make it easier for you to plan your events planning for your loved ones!
- What categories of activities or events does CupidPA cover?
A variety of activities are supported: restaurants, music events, sports events, shows, movie theaters, comedy clubs, bars, adventures, city activities, museums, art events, cruises, nature, parks, hiking, farmers markets, local seasonal events (e.g. christmas lights) and many other activities. CupidPA uses proprietary patent pending technologies to extract matches based on your interest from tens of thousands of listings.
- What types of multiple plans does CupidPA provide?
Plan solo events (i.e. select individual events like just restaurants or comedy clubs), or plan multiple events - a date with a romantic theme, or late night dining and dancing, or a half-day at the city. If you want to plan one or two day trips to a nearby winery, CupidPA at your service!
- Why do I need CupidPA - Isn't there information on the internet?
The information on the internet is not easily searchable and needs hours of specialized searching. Lets say you want to spend an afternoon at the city going to a park, museum and dinner. First you need to search for parks, then search for musuems, and then for restaurants matching your culinary interests. Your half a day will be probably over! Now with CupidPA, you will be recommended plans in seconds - saving hours of searching strain!
- What cities or metropolitian areas are currently supported?
Currently the following major metropolitian areas are supported: San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, San Antonio, Las Vegas. More cities are being added, in addition to international regions.
- What about other counties in Asia and Europe?
We are working on adding major cities in Canada, Europe and Asia.
- How do I save a event shown in the planner results?
When you select an item from the results pane, the details will appear on the bottom panel. Click on the "save" button to save it to your calendar.
- Where can I view saved events/plans?
You can view saved events/plans by clicking on the calendar link . Once you are in the calendar page, you can select a specific date by clicking on the date in the calendar shown, and then click on the "View" button to view, "Share" button to share/email, and "print" button to have a print view. Events will show up only if saved on that date.
If you want to have a different view of the data - such as all pending events, or completed events, then click on the appropriate tab.
- How do I view saved events for a specific date?
You can view saved events/plans by clicking on the calendar link . Once you are in the calendar page, you can select a specific date by clicking on the date in the calendar shown, and then click on the "View" button to view, "Share" button to share/email, and "print" button to have a print view. Events will show up only if saved on that date.
- How do I view pending events?
You can view saved events/plans by clicking on the calendar link . Once you are in the calendar page, click on the pending events tab to see pending events.
- What does it mean to "Set Status" when viewing an event in the calendar page?
You can change the status of an event - for instance, lets say you saved a restaurant event. Once you book the restaurant, you can set status to booked and after completing the dinner, you can set it to completed. This helps you to manage your events, and lets CupidPA alert you for events that are pending action from you.
- Can I save my selections and review them?
Click on the "Save" button when viewing a plan, and then goto the "Calendar" link to view them.
- What reminders will show up?
Reminders of events that are pending in the coming week are shown in the messages tab in the home page. Also, important dates such as anniversaries, birthdays, and longweekends also show up. Make sure to setup your preferences by going to the preferences link
- How do I send a plan to someone else?
Goto the calendar page, then select the saved plan (by clicking on an event for the date). Then click the "Share" button - this will list all events for 1-2 days. You can now email to a friend or date by entering the email address and clicking the email button shown.
- Why do I not get matches sometimes?
The CupidPA matching algorthim sometimes finds the best matches from hundreds of thousands of options, and may recommend no matches if non-optimal. Click on the "Plan for me" button again to get alternate ideas.
- How do I set my food and activity preferences?
Click on the "Preferences" link to goto the page to set your preferences. Next enter all the information, and click on the "Update button". Once you do that, you can let the planner use your saved preferences for planning.
An example is to set your dining preferences to italian and then when you search, you get matches for italian restaurants.
- How do I set birthday and anniversary dates?
Click on the "Preferences" link to goto the page to set your preferences. Next enter all the information, and click on the "Update button". Once you do that, you can let the planner use your saved preferences for planning.
- Does CupidPA complete the booking for us?
No, at present, CupidPA provides you the plan ideas, and the ability to save the events to your calendar. However, we are working on providing a premium service that includes booking - please check back soon.

Cupid PA uses a number of patent pending technologies including search, personalization, user behavior modelling, and other web technologies to get the best plan for you. This is continously being extended on a daily basis to provide you the most optimal results.
- Does CupidPA gaurantee the accuracy of data?
While CupidPA attempts to refresh and keep data accuracy of the listings, its not always possible to keep upto date hundreds of thousands of listings. Please call ahead and check in advance to ensure that the location, adress or hours are indeed accurate. Of course, if you find any errors, please let us know by emailing cupidcare @ cupidpa.com

- How do I cancel the service?
You may cancel your service by going to your paypal account. See billing management page and click on the billing information tab.
- How do I change my password?
Click on the "Manage" link to goto the page to manage your account settings including password. Next enter all the information, and click on the "Update button". Once you do that, you can let the planner use your saved preferences for planning.
- How do I set my default city/region?
